THE EYE: CALENTEK, the short movie created by Aaron Sims Creative for the Fortnite short film festival, the Shortinite. The project was very fun, fast, and surrounded by a lot of talented people.
Together with the ASC team, my responsibility on this project was to create Ms. Valantine, on my side, the total process takes about 20 days to complete the 3d character pipeline, which includes the complete space suit and her suitcase.
Zbrush was used for all modeling processes, including concept, sculpt, and retopology, Maya and RizomUV to general model organization and uvs, Substance Painter for the textures, and Unreal 5 for rendering. The full character has about 620k polys and 9 packs of 4k textures.
